The cost of healthcare insurance is constantly increasing, not only in organizations or workplaces, but has also become a hot-button issue in cities or countries, and the United States is not an exception. The effects of the increase in the healthcare premiums stretch across the board, from the government and employers to individuals. Undoubtedly, the effects include both the workers and employees. It is thus worth noting that both the employers as well as the employees share the costs as far as the increase in healthcare premiums is concerned. As noted by Claxton, et al., (2013), there is a need for both the employers and employees to cost-share the rising costs of the premiums. Consequently, it subjects the employees to an additional burden in their contributions.

To ensure continuous participation of the consumers and accessibility to the healthcare insurance, more focus should not only be on the value of the healthcare services, but also on the cinrolling the cost and quality improvement. As Joynt and Jha, (2013) argue, the most significant thing is to, first of all, consider enhancing healthcare services, disease treatment, and extension of life expectancy as well as focusing on improving quality of life. There are multiple factors that affect the accessibility of healthcare insurance. They include an increase in the health insurance costs and the decline in the accessibility of the health insurance services by the respective individuals.

Effective management of healthcare facilities is inevitably important to reduce the waste occurrence. Therefore, it is of great necessity to employ various strategies in ensuring total or partial reduction of wastes in healthcare systems. Fundamentally, waste often occurs in various aspects including health care, clinical care as well as the financial department. These factors may encompass appropriate allocation of the funds to reduce over expenditure, and to implement different technological approaches as well as putting more experienced health practitioners and better facilities on board. Additionally, having most effective waste management is a more profound architecture to reducing wastes in healthcare facilities. However many scholars such as Joynt and Jha, (2013) argue that the US overspends on health care system and believe that a significant value is wasted which could be reduced without affecting the quality of healthcare. Thus the US should reduce over expenditure and resolves for less expensive alternatives.
