Identify an Organizational Problem: Select a specific organizational problem or challenge that the leader faced during their tenure in their current or prior roles. The problem could be related to communication, change management, conflict resolution, decision-making, employee engagement, diversity, or any other relevant topic in the field of organizational behaviour.

Step 2: Interview Details

Provide Details About the Interview Subject: Introduce the individual you will be interviewing by providing their name, position, and a brief background of their experience within the organization. Mention how you are connected to the interviewee, whether through personal acquaintance, networking, or other means.

Explain the Selected Organizational Problem: Describe the organizational problem or challenge that the interview will focus on. Clarify why this problem is significant and relevant to the study of organizational behavior.
